Yes. For orders of 10 or more units, including school buy-in programs, call us at (888) 808-2201 for pricing. Bulk orders ship together to one address.

Yes. Orders of $50 or more to US street addresses in the contiguous 48 states ship free via FedEx 2-Day. Every Littmann stethoscope on surgomed.com qualifies.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day and ship within 1 business day. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days of ordering.

Yes. Engraving is available on eligible Littmann stethoscopes, up to 20 characters. The engraving price is shown on the product page.

No. Engraved orders ship on the same timeline as non-engraved orders.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. Engraved and clearance items are final sale. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

We issue refunds to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your financial institution may take up to 10 days to post it to your account.
